We’re a family run food trailer based in Waiuku. We live here, work here, and are proud to be part of this community.
Built from a shared passion for good food, hard work, and creating something special, Best Bites is our dream brought to life.
From fresh burgers and crispy chicken to sweet treats, shakes, and coffee, everything we serve is made with care and quality ingredients.

Meet our Team
Jess G ☕💕
Co-owner of Best Bites and the face behind the branding, socials, and customer chats. Jess also runs her own business, Managed by Jess, while helping build Best Bites from the ground up.
A self-confessed foodie and coffee lover, Jess loves cooking, hosting, entertaining, and creating experiences people remember. Burgers are her favourite food (aside from pizza), and she’s definitely been known to buy an iced coffee with her last $9 😅
Taylor K 👨🏼🍳🔥
Co-owner and the man behind the grill. Taylor works 40+ hours a week on top of helping run Best Bites, putting in long days and late nights to make the dream happen.
Passionate about flavour and consistency, Taylor is all about serving quality food made fresh and making sure every order goes out hot and delicious.
